The position is responsible for production planning and material planning. The candidate need utilize and maintain Mattec and SAP system to support his/her daily job and work with cross functions, including production, sourcing, quality, warehouse and engineering teams etc. very closely to monitor the order execution process in order to fulfill the customer's requirements on time.

Responsibilities

• Planning-maintain and monitor daily production and coordinate with each function to execute the plans on time to meet company metrics on OTD

• Purchasing- monitor material incomings to maintain the smooth material supply to production

• Inventory-control and analyze inventory to achieve company metrics on Plant Cycle Time and Inventory Turns

• Cost-reduce acquisition cost with utilizing Contract and Scale price, minimize premium through L/T and delivery improvement

• Kaizen- continue improvement on delivery performance, inventory and cost reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Fluent English in writing
• Good office sofrware skills, esp. Excel
• Details oriented and problen solving skills
• Like to take challenge and be able to work under pressure
