Responsibilities:

• Master schedule planning between production line and material control team to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
• Review the schedule planned, prioritize and reschedule the projects sequence to enhance process efficiency and on-time output.
• Review input & output in critical processes and report to front line supervisors for fine-tuning the capacity and resources re-arrangement.
• Collect data of abnormal issues on production line and prepare analysis report for weekly meeting
• Review the cases of delinquency and formulate corrective & preventive actions

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain; Higher Diploma with 3 years relevant experience
• 1-2 years Production Planning & Control experience is an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• PC literate in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Well familiar with developing programs, Excel Functions, i.e. VBA, v-lookup, pivot table, etc.
• Self-motivated, independent, well organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
