Material & production planning is responsible for raw material purchasing, delivery checking, arrange production based on planned orders, laboring loading and capacity status to support manufacturing production and customer demand.

• Material Planning based on business forecast, customer order and production scheduling to ensure materials availability.

• Production planning implement planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, supplier, SQE, CS, BCS, etc.
• Inventory control (RAW/WIP/FG).
• Independently working with Global team, attend meeting, find opportunity and seek solution to fix the issues.
• Define tactics, working with team to meet global planning metrics (NOTD/DOH/E&O reductions).
• Coordinate resource to support production line move and startup projects.
• Master at all kinds of Global report, data extraction to support planning related analysis.
• System maintenance.
