• Place and follow up purchase order and delivery for direct materials.
• Schedule the Master production planning and fulfill customers' order in a timely manner.
• Control the inventory of both finish goods and raw material at a reasonable level.
• Maintain an optimal supply of the required materials and services at the lowest overall cost and achieve cost saving target.
• Check invoice for payment to suppliers.
• Check delivery records for payment from customers
• Maintain and file purchasing related documents.
• Manage new projects as representative from purchasing group.
• Purchase MRO parts in order that production line run smoothly.
• Work with related department to qualify and approve new suppliers.
• Negotiate delivery and payment terms with suppliers.

- Summarize data and provide weekly report. - follow ethics code and rules.

Qualifications：

Bechalor Degreeat least 5 years raw material planning, production planning and order fulfillment experience in multi-national or JV manufactory

Familiar with ERP-Oracle or SAP system NPI experience Electronics parts knowledge

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Good at English, MS office softwar
