Lead the team of production planners
Together with the team provide optimal production plans timely
Introduce ERP system supported planning process in our company
Close cooperation with our German headquarter for the Introduce ERP system supported planning process
Close cooperation with our customer service team and customers to reflect their needs in the production plan
Report directly to GM

Requirements:
Experience in production planning, both ERP system supported and manual
Good analytical skills
Strong intercultural communications and interpersonal skills
Team focused
Fluent in spoken Mandarin, reading and writing a strong advantage
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
Experience in introduction of ERP systems a plus
