Responsible for production planning and management, organizing and directing all labor, material and resources to ensure that work is completed in accordance with schedule requirements and achieves the objectives set for Quality, Productivity and Cost.

1. Setup and maintain production and quality insurance procedures, and improve the procedures continuously.

2. Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed strictly by the subordinates.

3. Direct workshop operators to ensure that defined standard for quality and processing technique as well as productivity are achieved and kept continuous improvements.

4. Make monthly production reports and ensure the accuracy of the reports, monitor and the improve of production plan.

5. Ensure the quality of products and services, and the customer complaint solving.

6. Manage the products, production flow and processes, improve each steps to increase the productivity, the quality and to decrease the delivery time.

7. Introduce and validate new products and processes according to customer requirements and SMS standard. 8.Document the required information related to the production, such as procedures, 6S improvements, training, nonconformance, Complaint, etc.

9. Other work assigned by the superior.
