• Lead Production Control Section to support production line run smoothly, effectively, and serve customers well by on time delivery. 
• Arrange production planning team to review order with cross function teams.
• Develop shipment plan according to customer order and plant manufacturing capacity. Ensure customer satisfaction through on time delivery and quick response to customer concerns.
• Monitors Production line manufacturing capacity and production order fulfill rate. Plan for long term production capacity.
• Driver team members to achieving KPI.
• Continuously improve the business process, order management, and shop floor control.  
• Control appropriate inventory for WIP, finished products and semi-finished products.
• Responsible for working collaboratively with the cross function teams and corporate functional groups to carry out any CI program, and follow Eaton Business System to address relative working goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• More than 8 years planning experience with over 3 years team management experience
• Solid knowledge of ERP system, PTP and RTC module of SAP, production planning of long term and short term, inventory management.   
• Good English skills. Strong time management skills utilizing time effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
