We thus deploy innovative technologies to offer an enhanced user experience and more intuitive user interfaces, including for the remote operation of machinery and equipment. The Production Planning Team Leader will be responsible for all site planning activities whilst meeting Customer Demand and Business Key Performance Indicators. They will lead the team to achieve business and departmental goals whilst driving "I choose Zero" safety culture. Your key responsibilities: • Lead and manage all planning activities in line with demand, capacity and components availability to meet customer demand and business Key Performance Indicators. • Create and Lead Plant SIOP Process • Manage, coach and develop direct reports to build organisational capabilities drive a positive culture in line with Company values • Advise on MRP strategy with recommendations on MRP settings to increase productivity and maintain master data accuracy • Drive all departmental metrics and other key performance indicators • Develop and support Continuous Improvement activities throughout the site • Creation, maintenance and adherence of Standard Operating Policies and Procedures, ensuring the department is audit compliant at all times. • Create, maintain, and develop an effective and collaborative working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders • Support the Supply Chain Manage to execute relevant strategic initiatives Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Previous experience as a Planning Team Leader with a track record of delivering high performance results Experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing Environment. Excellent IT ability especially in ERP system.
