Object of Job:
Ramp up and ensure series production within a battery plant and ensure volume, quality and continuous improvement in accordance to the defined key performance indicators.
Tasks:
- Analysis of complex production issues and perform deepdives

- Support and track the implementation of short and long term measures

- Support transparency about SFM, CI, problem solving, analysis methods, audit

- Setting up detailed timelines of the activities to achieve ramp-up, tracking as well as escalating if necessary

- Definition of KPIs and steering/operating in accordance with the existing KPI set (OEE, output, yield, FTC, …
