Student will explore the semiconductor product/test engineering environment, and have a good understanding on FPGA, ATE(Automated Test Equipment) and Wafer sorting. The project involves data collection at tester, in data analysis, failure investigation to identify program, hardware or test issue in production, and support system setting for documentary. For internships require 4 months or more, the intern will be involved in a project to do quality monitoring in WS.

Education Requirements

University/College Student. Major in Engineering and have interest in electronics industry
