Sidel is looking for a Production (Mechanical) Quality Engineer-the main activity is to ensure machine quality during production assembly. Achieving good quality machine to reduce customer complaint.

YOUR SCOPE:

• To evaluate the incoming NC to make quality decision for USE AS IT IS or return to supplier.

• To ensure that the production methods of cabinets are well followed

• To audit and inspect products at various stages of production process, collect and analyze data to improve quality and reliability of products

• To study and master mechanical aspects of the drawings, specifications, Operation Manual and testing requests for all types of machine.

• To interpret with Production or supplier about schematic diagrams, and confers with management or related staff to determine quality and reliability standards.

• To record NC during production and FAT, write defect reports, analyze root causes and make CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) to improve.

• To analyze quality issues from customer site and follow up improvement.

• To recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

• Well document management, including establish, update and archives work

• Analysis quality issues from customer site

• To give proposals on improving quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality under limits of equipment capability.

• To perform other work assigned by leader effectively and efficiently

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or quality engineering

• Must be able to speak and write both in Mandarin and English, French would be a plus

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment and 2 years in Engineering Field

• Be able to use common measure tools

• Have strong sense of responsibility and be able to follow up

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Be familiar with MS, especially for Excel

• Computer literate with SAP knowledge
