This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manage the Production Quality Team to provide engineering solutions to manufacturing in shop floor. Lead the PQ team to maintain the new product quality within PPAP request level after SOP+3 month transited from ME. Establish and maintain acceptance criteria and standard for exist products in shop floor Collaborate with ME/R&D team for those issues that related to engineering process or material receipt for problem solving. Structure and lead the production quality function day-to-day management of delivering engineering solutions to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs for exist models. Consolidate and analyze the data collected by production team to dig out insight of data. Conduct process audit to observe operational discipline to discover the potential quality concern if any. Support continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency of new and current product lines from process efficiency and safety point of view. Support MOC process for quality improvement actions that were assigned to Production or generated by Production. Mold Clean Planning and Tooling in and out management. Other temporary or urgent tasks assigned by production manager. Qualifications Bachelor or above degree, engineering departments would be required. Years and area of experience required 5 years related experience providing engineering support manufacturing polymeric products. 2 years management experience. Technical Knowledge Rubber related knowledge and problem-solving methodologies, 8D or six sigma would be a plus. Soft skills Fluent English capabilities include listening, speaking, reading, and writing Well communication skill and learning agility Capability of planning and consolidation Positive, proactive, and passionate Yes!
