Production Senior Administrator from a well-known food company in Hong Kong due to team expansion

Your new company
This locally owned reputable food company is well restructured across Hong Kong. Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for a Production Senior Administrator.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Production. You will be responsible for performing all-round administration support for production teams including order sheets, food product labelling, uniform arrangement. You will also need to do routine data entry, filing and documentation, and procurement of stationery and other essential items. As a Production Senior Administrator, you will also need to prepare monthly production related reports for management review.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree holder in any discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience in administration within factory and warehouse environment
  • Strong organisation skills, independent, professional.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
