- 管理所责任生产团队的日常工作，及时高效解决各类生产相关问题。确保生产顺利进行。

- 高效达成安全，质量，效率，成本，交付等富有挑战性的目标。

- 管理生产团队严格执行公司各类方针及规定，与公司安全部门和质量部门等合作进行各类体系审核并确保良好的审核结果。

- 协同物流计划部门人员一起制定生产计划，产能分析，并管理生产团队执行生产计划，确保满足客户需求。生产计划及时完成。

- 辅导并发展生产团队员工，与其他部门协调合作，制定并高效完成成员培训计划。

- 进行员工绩效评估、沟通等管理，持续优化员工绩效管理规则。

- 参与新员工招募。

- 完成领导交办的其他工作。

-   Manage shift production related activities and handle related problem solving, guarantee fluent production.

-   Actively work to achieve challenged targets of safety, quality, efficiency, cost and delivery, etc.

-   Lead shift production team in implementing all kinds of company guidelines, cooperate with QMM and EHS to perform internal and external system audit and guarantee a good result.

-   Work with LOG on production control, forecast analysis, capacity plans and production scheduling, and ensure that production capacity matches with demanding requirement and production schedules are attained.

-   Continuously coach and develop production team member, cooperate with other functions to make and assure to finish team member’s training plan.

-   Manage regular performance evaluation with team members.

-   Take part in new operators' interview.

Effectively complete other tasks assigned by leaders

-学历，专业: 大学本科学历，工科相关专业，机械加工类优先。
-工作经验： 5年以上大中型制造企业工作经验，3年以上主管工作经验 。
-知识与技巧：具备ISO9000， 精益生产，安全生产的基本知识。
-特殊技能：具备较强的领导力，良好的沟通、协调、分析判断和问题解决能力，具备较强的持续改善能力。
-软件技能(办公自动化等)：熟悉Office办公软件。
-语言：良好的英语读写说能力。

-Education, Major：Bachelor degree, with major in Engineering or Technology, Machining related is preferred
-Working Experience：More than 5 years work experience in manufacturing company, at least 3 years as supervisor position.
-Know-How: Knowledge on ISO9000, Lean production, HSE.
-Special Skill: Good competencies of leadership, good skills of communication, problem solving and continuose improvement.  
-Software（Office. etc.）: PC Skills, MS office
-language: Can use English for daily communication.
