• Complete the monthly report, such as Operation Manufacturing report; provide accurate analysis,
• 完成月度报告，如运营制造报告，提供精准分析
• Calculating key figures (e.g. OTIF, Cost Saving)
• 计算关键指标，如OTIF，成本节约
• Evaluate operators’ performance
• 评估操作工绩效
• In charge of maintenance card, summarize the closing rate of defection card
• 负责维修卡，汇总缺陷问题关闭率
• Being responsible for providing & updating current information about production and similar figures at the bulletin
• 负责在看板上填写及更新关于生产及相关数据
• Link production, purchasing, sales & other relevant departments with the management through purifying data and provide different kinds of report
• 整合来自生产，采购，销售及其他相关部门的数据，并提供不同角度的分析报告
• Application for ordering of personal protection equipment, consumables and office supplies
• 个人防护用品，办公用品及易耗品申领
• Supporting the production saving project data collection and implementation
• 协助生产降本项目的实施及数据收集
• Supporting the industrial project implementation
• 协助项目执行
• Other responsibilities assigned by Manager
• 其他上级领导布置的任务

Requirements 要求

• College degree or above, minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company
• 大专及以上学历，两年以上制造业经验
• Be familiar with Lean, 5S management & EHS knowledge
• 熟悉精益，5S管理和EHS
• Basic English skill and good Microsoft office software skill
• 基本的英语能力和良好的办公软件技巧
• Good team player and good communication skill，High initiative
• 团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧，积极主动
• Basic Cable technical knowledge
• 基础线缆知识
