Production supervisor will support the production manager to manage the daily operation.
- Plans the production, purchase and capacities based on given sales forecast
- Runs and supervises the bumblebee production
- Plans and manages the production personnel for given duties
- Manages the hygienic and general conditions of the production environment
- Detects the problems and finds solutions to keep production running smoothly
- Implements new and approved methods to current ones
- Prepares and updates Standard Operation Procedures for bumblebee productions
- Assisting finance department during budget exercises
- Production reporting
