What You Will Do

• Organize and lead production line to fulfill production, supervisor and evaluate shifts.
  to fulfill company QEHS policy.
• Organize production line employees training for technology, know-how, safety and quality.
• Be in charge of organizing and refreshing the job safety analysis and safety operation process in production line annually.
• Keep equipment in good condition, increase equipment utilization.
• Reduce raw material consumption, increase qualification rate.
• Reduce personal and equipment accident, ensure safety first.
• Keep employee, especially key position person, stabilization.
• Make new products and support to relevant lean projects.
• Issue relevant reports.
• Constitute working processes & behavior code, regulation and encouraging rules in production line;

Minimum Qualification：

• Prefer college graduate or above and chemical process major is prefer
• Three years or above relevant production management experience in chemical, food and pharmacy industry
• Good communication both in Chinese and English
• SAP operation experience is prefer
