• To ensure timely perform production orders to the quality standards.
• Maintain manufacturing area to comply with related GMP, HACCP and ISO standards.
• Support process engineer to solve technique issue, maintain plant's SOPs.
• Timely find out bottlenecks, production deviation, unsafe factors and potential quality troubles at production and take improvement actions.
• Motivate employees to form an effectively-working team and improve people development and training plans.
• Train and coach staff under a good plan to ensure all staff be competent for their job with good safety and efficiency.
• Support to plant improvements, avoid waste on working hours, materials. energy consumption etc.in daily operation.
• Cooperate with all kinds of internal and external audit & product quality complaint, timely implementation of corrective actions.
  

• 3+ years in manufacturing management in JV or WFO enterprises.
• College or above degree, Major in Engineering/ food / Nutritional Science or related.
• Experience in Pharma/food related products prefered.
