Job Responsibility 工作职责:

• The Supervisor deploys the set objectives for the APA and implements the means to reach them. The supervisor follows the quality, cost and time KPIs, ensures the necessary training and leads the different work groups in charge of performance improvement (5S workshop, Hoshin, TPM…), involves when necessary, the support technicians to solve the issues identified by the APTs, makes sure the improvement ideas are handled, enforces the work procedures and ensures their update (control and monitoring plan, work rules,...).
  主管负责设定自主生产区域内的工作目标并有效执行，确保目标的达成； 主管负责跟踪质量、成本以及绩效管理指标达成情况。另外需要通过组织必要的生产培训，从而确保不同组的绩效改进（包括5S车间、目标管理、全员生产维护等）。在必要时要求支持技术团队帮助解决自主生产小组APT遇到的问题，，并推进持续改进的理念，从而加强生产流程和生产改善（如控制、监督计划、工作准则……）。

• The supervisor leads the team meeting, is responsible of the newcomers integration, supervises the staff placed under his responsibility, manages the APT working time (timetable and vacation), balances the workforce between shifts, enforces rules, proposes training actions, compensation increases proposal, promotions, mobilities, drives the performance reviews and career evolution interviews, recognizes the progress actions of the production teams, is responsible of the skill and development of multi-skills, leads the groups solving problems.
  主管负责召开团队会议、让新员工尽快融合、监督管理所有团队成员、管理APT（自主生产小组）工作时间（排班表和假期安排）、合理安排翻班来平衡员工工作强度、严格执行生产制度、实施员工培训、激励调整建议, 员工升职、人员流动，开展绩效评估及职业发展面谈。及时认可团队工作的进步，发展员工各项生产技能，积极带领团队解决生产中带来的各种问题。

• The supervisor is responsible of the safety rules application in his area. Leads the risks prevention, manages the EHS. In the particular case of night shift, the Supervisor will handle responsibilities in coherence with the Supervisors of the day shift.
  主管负责其管理区域内的安全规范执行、风险防范管理及EHS管理。特别是负责晚班的主管，同样要严格管理团队，保证工作质量同白班一样。

Job Requirements 任职要求:

1. College on industrial/mechanical/automation/management or above

2. 3+years Production line team management

3. 6+years mass production factory working experiences

4. RCA/Lean/6 Sigma knowledge

5. Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking

6. Excellent presentation skills, including in virtual meetings
