• 按照计划部下达的生产计划,结合设备/模具/人员的状况,安排零部件生产.
• 与计划/设备/工程/研发/品质协调(沟通),解决生产过程中的技术/质量问题.
• 安排/检查各个车间的现场(6S)管理工作,改进/提高6S管理工作.
• 统计分析计划完成/人员出勤(加班)/工时/设备/6S等报表,提出改进措施并实施.
• 负责所属区域人员的绩效考核；

Qualifications

• 大学本科以上学历.（工作优秀者可以放宽）
• 五年及以上工厂工作经验.
• 了解生产工厂基本运作流程，对所从事岗位有一定的了解和见解；
• 具备计算机操作技能,会使用Excel/Word/Email/PPT等应用软件。
• 具备基本的英语知识，具备一定的英语听说读写能力；
