Job Description

• Take a leading role of managing the manufacturing facilities operations in a safe manner by strictly follow the company’s HSE policy and process;
• Define and make the daily operational process based on the national and industrial standard;
• According to the company’s annual safety, volume and cost control target, plan and conduct various safety and production operations. Responsible for the effective implementation of the annual, quarterly and monthly production plan of the responsible manufacturing facilities;
• Work closely with the HSE dept. for editing various SOP and emergency response plan, and lead the regular training and rehearsal execution;
• Understand the company’s cost control target, and drive the reasonable cost control results based on delivering quality products of the target volume;
• Organize the operational process and quality control training and manage the team’s attendance, disciplinary and performance results;
• Any of other job assigned by the immediate supervisor
