Responsibility

• 负责员工的安全、健康以及环境保护

• 推行ALPL，带领生产员工完成KPI

• 负责产品的质量控制

• 能带领完成各种改进项目，比如：TEC/GB

• 团队建设及人员培养。

• 负责协调各个部门的工作，比如：QC、仓库、计划、工程和技术等。

• 中班、夜班负责管理协调整个工厂的运作，包括生产、仓库、工程、QC、垃圾房及门卫。

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• 专科及以上学历，化工及相关专业。

• 有2 年以上车间管理经验。

• 有很好的沟通协调能力。

• 英语4 级以上。

• 逻辑分析能力强。

• 有基本的安全生产知识。

• 有涂料生产管理经验的优先。
