Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the routine performance of operations in support of the manufacture of commercial and clinical biologics.
  • These support activities consist of facility cleaning operations – examples: cleaning/sanitizing areas of production along with common areas and hallways, mixing chemicals and labeling appropriately, working with a team, and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Execution of manufacturing records, work instructions and SOPs, focus on right the first time executions.
  • Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work.
  • Participate in other required activities (perform safety inspections: participate in improvement projects, etc.).

Education & Experience

  • HS diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to be able to stand on your feet for long stretches of the day.
  • Technician typically works a 12 hour shift in a 7 day per week schedule operation.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Up to 3 years industry experience a plus
  • Proven attendance record
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation desired
  • Able to gown, wear PPE, and work successfully in a clean room environment
  • Able to work in cold rooms
  • Team player
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Able to work rotating or fixed schedule
