As a Team Leader you will ensure safe working practices are adhered to and provides Leadership of operators within the area of responsibility (Value stream/Cell). Guiding and supporting operators to conform to standard work processes and assists by providing operators what they need to perform their role. Investigates none-conformance in processes to provide improvement opportunities. Reporting to a Senior Group Leader, you will provide the Group Leader with process improvement opportunity and support, direct reports include Production Operators (Siemens and Agency). Continuously improving people performance, to drive efficiency, and broader business, aligned with and shares strategic direction and goals. Able to give and receive feedback, capable of changing self where feedback is valid, inspires others through leadership capability, engages with team to find areas for improvements and makes plans for improvement.
