Production and Supply Planning Manager Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Production and Supply Planning Manager to join our Healthcare Diagnostics business in Sudbury, Suffolk, although there is the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This is a full-time role that comes with an attractive salary. As a flexible Production and Supply Planning Manager, you be responsible for helping implement world-class processes within the Point Of Care business. This is a hands-on role that involves running our supply and inventory planning process for our medical devices as well as leading a team in Sudbury. In your first week in this Production and Supply Planning Manager role, you can expect to: Support global planning on global inventory holding, including periodic budget and forecast cycles, strategy definition, shelf life and obsolescence management Communicate proactively with customers, marketing, operations, quality, product management, finance, procurement and other teams on significant changes in demand or supply ensuring actions are taken to minimise the impact to customers without compromising on quality Highlight material supply production planning issues bottlenecks propose and drive solutions to maximise product availability Monitor and drive plant performance in line with plans Prepare KPI reports. To apply for this Production and Supply Planning Manager role, you will need Supply Chain experience, ideally with a Pharma or Medical Device environment.
