The role provides actions and information to support production deliveries and vendors performance, in a manner congruent with the critical path and goals of the division.

• Communicates with vendors on raw material call-offs & receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with critical path and delivery schedule.
• Report supply data into the systems
• Monitor on-time deliveries from vendors, troubleshooting with team & business partners as necessary
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings
• Ensure that data accuracy is maintained.
• Manage information on the appropriate systems, looking for process improvements in data and information management.
• Update PLM and SAP systems
• Liaise with product development for updated BOM information as needed.
• Liaise with Customer Operations for timely receipt of orders and advise Customer Service when orders are retimed.
• Prepare updates for weekly production meetings.

• Engineering, manufacturing, technical degrees
• Experience in supply chain areas
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal/written communication & time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Organized, efficient, self-motivated, solution-oriented individual.
• Ability to react to change.
• MsOffice
• SAP/PLM is desirable
