Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

? Over 10 years automotive manufacturing experience

? Familiar and experienced with automotive requirement, especially familiar with customer such as VW, Daimler, BMW’s requirement

? Has at least over 6 years managing plant experience of automotive plastic interior parts

Key Competencies:

? excellent written and verbal English communication skills

? continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc)

? leadership skills to motivate employees under him

? problem solving skill by quickly ascertaining a situation and be decisive in identifying the causes and estimating potential risks and solving it in most effective way

? good managing MS office related software

? Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within specified time constraints in a changing and fast paced work environment by being proactive and with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure

? Strong interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and positive interaction with clients, vendors and other team members at all levels

? Ability to learn and apply departmental or company policies, procedures and rules

Task/Area of responsibility:

1. Develop production model so that it continuously deliver strong performance (cost, quality, capacity, people) and systematically build capability (leadership, processes, values, sustainability) and resources in order to sustain, and meanwhile improve performance over time

2. Oversee employees, production and efficiency to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely

3. Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking thorough data to find places of waste or improvement, keep an eye on worker safety and plant safety

4. Monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, repair or replace them when needed

5. Implements lean manufacturing techniques to effect positive efficiencies and cost savings

6. Review and analyzes production, quality, maintenance, and other appropriate operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and/or operational or production problems

7. To plan and organize the material, people, process and facility across shifts to meet it’s commitments to customers

8. Can work with different shifts
