Position Overview CT & MI Business Line Manager will manage Computed Tomography and Molecular imaging product marketing and P&L for Canadian Market. Reporting directly to Imaging & Advance Therapy country head, CT/MI business line manager will be responsible to develop marketing strategies to growth Siemens footprint. CT&MI business line manager will manage the relevant Product Specialist for the Business line and implement development plan for employees. Responsibilities Manage the Computed Tomography and Molecular imaging product marketing in Canada Maintain/increase market share, orders/sales and gross margin pertaining to the Computed Tomography and Molecular imaging business within Canada achieved through a mix of demand generation Keep up to date with current products and clinical trends in order to establish long term market and product strategies Develop and maintain excellent direct relationships with key customers Together with the Sales Managers engage with customers to identify and pursue business opportunities Deliver high quality sales collateral to the sales team in a variety of formats e.g. brochures PowerPoint presentations etc. Construct negotiate and manage the fulfillment of annual budgets Review business forecast on a monthly basis Maintain close liaison with suppliers and factories in regard to product objectives development and deliveries Maintain product knowledge and observe QA and Compliance procedures Representation and speaking at congresses and other customer events Maintain bi-directional communications with internal sales and product development organizations to optimize the sales Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 5 years minimum experience in Product Marketing High level of awareness of Computed Tomography or Molecular Imaging market Ability to competently plan and organize in order to achieve short- and longer-term objectives Numerate with Commercial awareness Effective written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills selling and negotiating skills Potential to successfully manage a team of people Confidence to present to large group Previous Sales/Marketing management experience Knowledge of Siemens product is an asset French language skill is an asset In our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity, Siemens Healthineers requires employees, contractors, and business partners to be fully vaccinated with relevant dose(s) of a Health Canada approved vaccine for all new hires by their start date. “Fully vaccinated” means it has been 14 days after receiving the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (i.e. two doses of a two-dose vaccine series, or one dose of a single-dose vaccine series), and which may include, at the Company’s discretion, any further doses in accordance with Health Canada guidelines.
