1.Receive customer's HSF file or requirment ,and then review and make risk assessment to comment whether meet customrt's requirment of OSM products接受客户有害物质文件要求，风险评估是否能满足客户的要求;
2.Draft HSF testing/controlling requirment起草有害物质测试及控制要求;
3.Maintain internal HSF system and the latest regulation/directives requirments/compliance维护内部的有害物质管理系统并更新最新的法规或指令要求;
4.Mangement/cooperate with 3rd party testing org管理/合作和第三方测试机构;
5.LAB test system management and maintain实验室测试系统管理和维护;
6.LAB audit supporting if needed实验室审核支持;
7.Keep the lab cleaning and good 5S action实验室5S执行.

任职要求：

1.University graduated in related engineerin field,such as mech mechanical,textile,chemical,material industria,etc大专以上学历，工程，机械，纺织或材料相关专业;
2.Have more than 5 yearing working experience in LAB or HSF(Hazardous Substance Free) managerment有5年以上的有害物质管控经验;
3.Familiar with related internatinal and domestic product test standards熟悉国际和国内相关产品测试标准;
4.Familiar with related international and domestic regulation and directives requirement,for example:RoHS,REACH,POPs, Prop65 rules,CE/UL certificate;EU/USA/CN rules requirement熟悉国际和国内相关法律和指令要求，比如RoHS，REACH,POPs，加州65，CE/UL认证，欧洲，美国，中国法规要求等;
5.Familiar with leather,textile ,protective case and IT bags test/controlling requirement熟悉皮料，纺织品，保护壳，电脑包测试、控制要求；
6.Have stronger working ability and team spirits强的工作能力和团队合作精神;
7.Good written and reading english skill良好的英语读写水平;
