Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:

1、管理多式联运业务团队与公司相关部门协作确保多式联运业务顺利进行。

To supervise multi-modal department and to cooperate with other departments in order to smooth every single multi-modal business.

2、建立相关体制，设定销售目标，并积极带领部门完成销售计划； 应收账款的跟进与风险控制。

To set up and then achieve sales targets and to monitor risks in payment or operation.

3、维护公司品牌，树立公司在市场上的影响力,推广公司产品以获得更多业务。

To protect Medlog brand image , to expand Medlog brand influence and to promote company’s product to gain more business..

4、与供应商维持良好关系获取优势价格，了解市场信息，为公司的业务决策提供信息支持；通过各种途径，开发潜在客户，维护开拓公司已有客户，与客户建立良好关系。

By maintaining good relations with suppliers & customers, to get competitive prices from supplier and to win shipments from present and potential customers.

Requirement 胜任要求 :

• Education : bachelor or higher, major in logistics is preferred
• Experience : at least six-month practical experiences in logistic industry
• Language : frequent oral & written English
• Skills : good PPT presentation ，Self-motivated, team and smart working

5. Personality : responsible & reliable & able to handle shipments under pressure & good at managing time.
