主要岗位职责:

  • 策划产品商业模式以及产品生态链体系的建设和运营能力;
  • 策划产品整体发展计划以及生命周期管理;
  • 策划产品基础运营增值功能,测试以及提升产品用户变现能力;
  • 主导、协助商务合作洽谈以及市场拓展规划;
  • 协助支撑公司服务类项目需求对接,实现高效率的供应商管理体系的建设或运营;
  • 把控产品定位,管理产品生命周期,规划产品阶段性计划;
  • 对接市场、BD、战投等团队,推动产品市场扩张;
  • 协调各产品线之间功能配合,主导规划各产品线产品定位、迭代计划以及数字化分析;
  • 协助各营销团队和客户沟通确认客户的技术需求,细化用户的需求,提供相关的技术支持和技术方案讲解,为完成项目进行相关的客户关系协调;参与并执行客户服务计划;;
  • 配合营销团队演示产品,解决产品技术性问题,;
  • 充分利用联合服务自有社交平台联合汇或是积极参与行业高峰论坛等活动助理企业品牌的建设;
  • 并且兼具产品线的项目技术支持等工作。

  • 深入了解客户的业务和市场需求,极具前瞻性,利用该视野满足客户的需求;
  • 具备售前和项目管理经验(必须),相关产品管理经验者优先;
  • 主动专研最先进和热门的科学技术、商业模式和优秀产品,了解产业发展趋势;
  • 5年+大型ITO项目运营及10年+相关行业工作经验;
  • 有丰富的服务外包或运营经验,拥有供应商或客户资源者优先;
  • 咨询并帮助客户展开过数字化运维或数字化转型类项目经验
  • 咨询或实施过中大型IT或企业共享中心建设经验
  • 有合同谈判和供应商管理经验,成功将客户和业务需求整合到供应商关系中;
  • 具备强有力的财务和人力资源管理能力,在成本控制和人力资源培养上有深入甚至是独到的见解;
  • 相关的大学学位或专业资格(如ITIL V3或专家,PMP)
  • 熟练地普通话与英语沟通技巧;
  • 角色胜任力模型的行为符合HPOE(高效能运营环境)
  • 优秀的文档能力和演讲能力。


Job Description:

  • Tune in to the latest trends in the industry, plan UST products and pre-sale projects, and maximize profits


(KPI: Establish value of the products for the customers, and enhance service management)

  • Explore new business and service areas, especially in areas of user experience and infrastructure management
  • PI: Further Improve Profit and Revenue)
  • Deliver management service on pre-sale and IT digital operation & maintenance, and establish IT Sharing Center for enterprises
  • PI: Quantity and coverage of management service on IT digital operation & maintenance, establishment of enterprises’ IT sharing center)
  • Research and develop new products as Product Manager of IT Service Department


(KPI: Development of new business areas and the associated marketing strategies)


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Design product business model, implement and operate product ecosystem;
  • Develop overall product plans and manage the lifecycle;
  • Conduct value-added service on the basic operation, test and improve the liquidity from product users;
  • Lead and assist business negotiation, and plan market expanding strategy;
  • Support demand interface of the company's service projects for building an efficient supplier management system;
  • Maintain products’ position, manage the life cycle and develop product phased plan;
  • Coordinate teams of marketing, BD, strategic investment to promote product market expansion;
  • Direct the coordination among product lines, lead the planning on products position, iteration and digital analysis;
  • Assist marketing teams in customer technical specifications, detail users’ demand, provide relevant technical support and explanation of technical solutions, develop an excellent rapport with customers to ensure the completion of the project, implement customer service plan;
  • Cooperate with marketing team to demonstrate products and solve technical problems.
  • Utilize “Think Great”, a UST sponsored social media circle and participate actively in and other activities to promote the brand awareness;
  • Provide technical support on production line as needed.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience and unique insight in designing and implementing products to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Excellent fiscal sense, strong awareness of supervision, overall planning and budget control;


  • Experience in outsourcing projects from pre-sale to delivery, experience with foreign-capital enterprise is an asset;
  • Ability to build and operate large and medium-sized teams, especially to organize a new team from scratch;
  • In-depth understanding of customers and market, ability to utilize his/her strategic vision to meet customer needs;
  • Pre-sale and project management experience is required, relevant product management experience is an asset;
  • Self-motivated, actively learning the most advanced and popular science and technology, business models and excellent products to understand the trend of development in this industry;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in large-scale ITO project operation and at least 10 years relevant industry experience;
  • Expert in outsourcing or operation, possession of supplier or customer resources is an asset;
  • Experience in consulting and assisting clients in digital operation and maintenance or digitizing transition projects;
  • Experience in consulting and implementation of large and medium-sized IT or enterprise sharing center;
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management, ability to integrate customer and business needs into supply chain;
  • Strong skill in financial and human resources management, especially in cost control and human resources training;
  • Relevant university degree or professional certifications (e.g. ITIL V3 or Expert, PMP)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication skills;
  • Role competency model needs to conform with HPOE (High Productivity Operating Environment)
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
