Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and analyze Intercompany accounts related to UCAN, LATAM, or Gambro cluster, including providing support globally to any Intercompany relationship included in the mentioned regions.
  • Investigate and proactively resolve issues across Baxter Entities.
  • Ensure payments are executed on time, and do the collection function constantly following up aging report.
  • Run FX process for Intercompany and Integrity reporting.
  • Book and reconcile Intercompany loans for Dominican Republic and its related interests in a monthly basis. Ensure repayments to the loan are accurately stated in the accounting modules.
  • Run month end close specific process to ensure all entries are properly booked in respective GL modules.
  • Provide customer service to Intercompany affiliates, internal customers and Baxter employees.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
  • Ensure all services provided are complying with current SLA’s.
  • Ensure S-Ox Compliance.
  • Assist in any audit process as required.
  • Analyze and document Financial Statement variations and outstanding aged items.
  • Prepare , analyze and present Balance Sheet Review every quarter
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies.
  • Drive and /or participate in projects related to improvements initiatives for processes.
  • Prepare any metric report for management and others when requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Admin or Finance
  • Minimum 2 year in similar positions
  • Upper to intermediate Excel
