Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

The Professional Assistant will perform a range of administration duties that assist and provide backup to the Chinese Operations Manager, Australian based team, and other departments as required within the M-Elec Holdings Group.


ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBLITIES
• Maintain the office to a high standard ensuring the team have all required materials.
• Manage accounts and subscriptions of the company.
• Prepare, schedule, and manage travel requirements for the operations manager or Australian team traveling to and within China.
• Quality Control inspections as requested.
• Data entry into collection systems.
• Assist with logistics both locally and internationally.
• Updating projects and tasks within Asana.
• Manage monthly expense reports for staff and company.
• Process required invoices on behalf of company.
• Process payments as needed.
• Assist with translation as needed.
