Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop to increase customer satisfaction and operating efficiency and handle all relevant tasks
- Create SOPs to help set standards of excellence, to assist in training and ensure consistent service
- Create excellent quality espresso and drip filter beverages
- Serve customers and ensure other employees serve customers in an excellent way
- Educate customers about our products and our advantages
- Ensure correct collection of customer payments
- Ensure cleanliness of coffee shop at all times
- Upsell our wholesale solutions to interested parties and set up wholesale meetings for sales members
- Create work schedules for staff
- Hire and train new staff
- Develop training plans for staff and modify as needed
- Create, design and execute educational classes for customers, including our retail customers and wholesale customers, inside and outside of the coffee shop
- Give training classes to our wholesale customers outside the coffee shop when needed
- Manage stock and cost control
- Carry out regular staff briefings and efficient shift handovers

Requirements
- Fluent Chinese, good English
- At least 2 years of experience as a barista is a high end coffee shop, making latte art, espressos and drip coffee
- At least 1 year experience managing a coffee shop
- Be able to work unsupervised and autonomously
- Good people relations
- Presentable appearance
