- Responsible for developing the professional development product and implementing product strategies. This includes:
- Delivering and developing OUP PD programs
- Implementing PD product strategy plans in China to make OUP MLC PD in a position to compete sustainably in Chinese education market in next 3 to 5 years
- Communicating between internal and external stakeholders about OUP MLC PD programs
- Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for PD products and services
- Communicating effectively with partners and OUP colleagues on demands, requests and deliverables
- Managing Asynchronous Online LMS contents
- Analyzing and upgrading existing PD programs
- Designing product lines and managing the product development and delivery cycle
- Writing and peer-reviewing PD content
- Presenting products and solutions to potential customers
- Compiling content proposals and solutions to interested partners
- Coordinating within OUP for promoting products and running PD events
- Conducting internal product training
