To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Developing and implement professional education’s plan, including goal, strategy, course design and faculty team’s development according to company’s growth strategies.
• Coordinating local/global training & education resource to develop China Education program & projects
• Making sure all of program’s implement with Integra compliance process.
• Building and developing faculty team and faculty management system
• Promoting and enhancing the brand awareness of ISTI
• Setting up SOP PE program and internal collaboration

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

• Bachelor and above， health care related

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Preferable to have experience in sales/ MKT in healthcare industry
• Preferable to have overseas experience.
