Requirements for BDs:
Age not over 35, however highly qualified candidate will be considered
For manager position, candidate must have sales or business development experience(3-5yrs)
Must pay attention to details
Must understanding international trade and customs formalities

Job title: Business Development Manager (new position on pending, 1 person)
Requirement for BDM
MUST be able to speak professional level of Arabic and conversational Chinese
Under the age of 35, however highly qualified candidate will be considered
Must have relevant education and employment background(min 1- 3 years) in Marketing, sales or business development
Must know how to conduct presentation and business negotiation
Must have the ability to forecast market research report

Job title: Attract investment/business Manager(require to work in Yinchuan and other local and international cities) (2 people)
Requirement for AIM
MUST be able to speak professional level of Chinese and English
Professional business image
Have the ability to discover and settle business opportunities/contracts by him/her self.
Able to reach and exceed given target/quote

Job title: interns in various fields(BD, Sales, Trade, real estate and manufacturing) (3-5 people)
Internship is 3-6 months before transfer to full time
Intern requires to work in Yinchuan before dispatching to other cities(e.g. Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and overseas)
Fast learner
Understand cultural differences
Must be willing to take hardship and able to handle stressful working environment
Intern’s salary will be up to 8,000RMB per month but accommodating is paid by the company, however once graduate from internship salary will be adjusted according to the performance after internship evaluation

All candidates requirement:
Must be honest when answering interview questions
Professional image with Business English level - advanced or above
Chinese level must be at least conversational level
Able to handle stress to meet deadline
Able to travel to domestic and international locations

Packages and Benefit:
Package is after tax between 10,000 - 20,000RMB/months , Candidate with the right education and working experience background could negotiate with CEO for better package
Working VISA will be provided by the company
Travel and other allowances is negotiable at the final interview with CEO

First around will be conducted by James and Sophia
Second around interview will be conducted by CEO of the company.
