ROLE OF THE POSITION
Due to the rapid expansion, the China Liberal Education Technology Development company is seeking professional course teacher for the following subjects:
- Strategic management
- Organizational behaviour
- Marketing
- Operational management

The professional course teacher will assist the course coordinator in evaluating the current training programs, assessment tools, assessment policies and procedures and ongoing development of the programs.
WORKING LOCATION:
Fuzhou lies in the eastern coast of Fujian Province in the downstream plain of Min River. The city faces Taiwan across the water to the east and the Fuzhou Municipality is sliced through by the Minjiang River, which runs into the east sea. Fuzhou sits in a basin between groups of mountain ranges: Gushan Mountain on the east, Qishan Mountain on the west, Wuhushan Mountain on the south and Lianhuafeng Mountain on the north. The north of the city borders on Ningde city and Nanping city and Sanming city lie to the west. Quanzhou city and Putian city can be found to the south. 1. SELECTION CRITERIA
ESSENTIAL
1.1 Native English Speaking from USA, UK, AUS, Canada and New Zealand
1.2 Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm.
1.3 Minimum of Master's degree (PHD preferred)
1.4 A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the relevant industry
1.6 Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
2.1 Age of students: 18-25
2.2 Number of students per class: maximum of 30
2.3 Each classrooms: is equipped with a computer, lcd, microphone, and speakers
2.4 Curriculum: developed and provided by Australia and American university
2.5 teachers are responsible for developing and contributing to the existing curriculum; constructing lesson plans, partaking in scheduled meetings; and, keeping detailed records
of their work and the work of their students.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
3.1 Monday to Friday (no nights)
3.2 Salary is negotiable based on previous experience, education, and credentials.
3.3 Insurance: Domestic Medical Insurance provided
3.4 Airfare: 8,000RMB yearly airfare allowance end of the contract
3.5 Off campus accommodation allowance provided the amount of 1800RMB
3.6 Work permit, foreign expert certificate, and Z-visa sponsored and paid for
3.7 15 hours of teaching and 5 hours of administration per week.
