Job Description
Position Description: Lenovo is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead program management and analytics initiatives for its global ecommerce incubation organization. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, business analytics, marketing, legal, and PR to develop, manage, and execute project plans and data insights leading up to and post the launch of new products, features, experiences, and services. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. In this role, the Program & Analytics Manager will be building the program requirements and driving the program development schedule from design to release for many key incubation initiatives. In addition, they will be responsible for defining scalable analytics solutions that help drive data- driven decisions from pre-ideation to post-launch. They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-started, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and can scale solutions that meet the growing needs of the incubation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritization skills and have a strong leadership presence, including communicating clearly and convincingly. You are an ideal candidate for this role if: • Drive program objectives – provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support. • Scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion. • Define key performance indicators – develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives. • Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations. • Develop mechanisms to seamlessly support customers with new program and tool launches worldwide. • Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business and risk needs through visualization. • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. • Analyze data using data tools such as Tableau, SQL and/or Excel in order to identify program risks and opportunities. • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the teams of stakeholders regarding progress and roadblocks. • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions. #### Position Requirements: Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing and/or e-commerce company • Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Excel • Experience in project or program management • Demonstrated experience managing projects across functional teams, including engineering, merchandising, design, marketing, and operation We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
