An internship with Intel of Canada's Intel Foundry Services group is a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing you to gain knowledge and experience in on-site support, student recruiting, gauging employee feedback and event planning. We are a small dedicated operations team supporting site functions. This position is for an 8 month term, with potential to extend to 1 year.
The position(s) for this listing is as follows:
Program Assistant
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- General administrative duties: Various email, scheduling meetings and interviews, and follow up related tasks
- Assist in coordination of recruiting events
- Assist in planning and execution of site wide events
- Develop new and audit current procedures to create BKMs (best known methods) in coordination with the operations team
- Communicate effectively to maintain positive relations with internal departments
- Effectively track in office employees and maintain spreadsheets to capture data
- Light lifting duties (up to 30 lbs)
- Assist as required in on-boarding of new employees
- General operations support and documentation
Qualifications
We are looking for enthusiastic students with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a desire to learn. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work and is willing to approach problems with creative solutions. Qualifications in the following areas are desired:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be pursuing a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or other related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project
- Experience working in an administrative facing role

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00 (Hourly Role)

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
