Position Description: Lenovo is seeking a Program Director to play a major role in our services-led transformation and vertical solution innovation. This role is tailored for an individual contributor who has the proven ability to lead large cross- functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and make meaningful contributions at the organizational level. You will lead Strategy & Operations programs and initiatives, in support of the senior leadership team of the Solutions and Services Group (SSG). You will work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy & Operations to launch and run the business management system of this brand new Business Group at Lenovo. You will spearhead strategic initiatives at the Business Group level including portfolio management and sales performance analytics. You will create common operational frameworks, governance models, and interlocked strategies across the business segments within SSG. You will be responsible for achieving results through cross-functional program management and strong relationships. The ideal candidate is a proven Program Director who is passionate working with product and operations teams to scale new businesses and enable data- driven decision making. You must be a highly motivated self-starter with a vision for market leadership in solutions and services. You have demonstrated the ability to drive change and thrive in a matrixed organization. You are remarkably organized and have unbeatable project management skills. You are an excellent written and oral communicator who will create and deliver executive communication and presentation materials.
