We are looking for a Program Executive to join our team on Mentorship Program Development with the specific role on building teachers’ capabilities in mentorship, deepening and expanding the impact of mentorship in schools. You will be placed in designated Partner Schools to actively engage and collaborate with teachers to develop, implement and sustain TUF Mentorship Program and further advance its integration into the school system.

Accountability details

• Collaborate with teachers in Mentorship Program design, implementation, evaluation and sustainability.
• Provide on-site additional support as a co-working teacher to meaningfully engage students in the implementation processes.
• Coordinate with schools on teacher’s participation in TUF training program and the subsequent application of such learning into practice.
• Monitor and organize regular review meetings for TUF management with school leadership & teachers
• Support program monitoring and evaluation by collecting and aggregating student data from schools and preparing reports to TUF donors
