The KPMG Innovative Startup Centre is a significant component of KPMG's global innovation strategy. It is committed to promoting corporate innovation, fostering entrepreneurship and promoting the sustainable development of a dual ecosystem. It also serves as a “Global Open innovation Platform” for innovative ecosystems—including entrepreneurs, leading companies, investment institutions, government industrial parks and incubator accelerators—to provide them with professional, efficient and innovative services.

职责描述

• 根据业务发展需求，寻找、挖掘有利于公司的合作资源，建立生态合作渠道
• 制定总体及阶段性推广策略，负责相关合作项目，协助团队完成从初步接触、沟通跟进、合作规划、合作实现上线的全部过程
• 根据公司项目规划，负责管理项目生命周期，协助业务部门拓展项目

Job responsibilities

• Explore and identify synergy resources that are beneficial to the company and establish ecological synergy channels based on business development needs
• Formulate overall and phased promotion strategies; lead relevant synergy projects and assist the team in completing all processes including initial contact, communication, follow-up, synergy planning, cooperation and bringing projects online
• Manage project life cycles and assist the business department in expanding projects based on the company's project plans

任职要求

• 工作5年以上经验，本科及以上学历，关注AI，IoT，生物科技，在创新孵化领域和投资背景者优先考虑
• 良好的语言表达、组织协调和团队管理能力，良好的文字功底，较强的外部沟通与分析能力，具备解决突发事件的能力
• 具有自主思考能力，优秀的品质和职业修养，敬业、有韧性，考虑问题细致
• 熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备
• 英文沟通能力和写作能力强

Job requirements

• More than 5 years of experience; bachelor’s degree or above; AI, IoT, biotechnology, innovation incubation and investment backgrounds are preferred. Industrial technology background focused on but not limited to automotive technology, biotechnology, integrated circuit semiconductors and financial technology
• Good language presentation, organisational coordination and team management skills; good writing skills, strong external communication and analytical skills; capable of solving emergencies
• Strong self-reflection ability; excellent quality and professionalism; dedicated, resilient, careful and cautious disposition
• Skilled in using office software and office automation equipment
• Strong English communication and writing skills
