Job Responsibilities:

• Co-work with function managers on human resource and operation budget planning and reporting.

• Responsible for contractor hiring, onboard, disengage, payment, and performance management procedure execution.

• Engineering computing resource plan, request and reclaim procedure

• Project management infrastructure setup and maintaining, including project twiki, SharePoint, sign-off system, and bug tracking system.

• Design group level activity/event organization

Education& Qualifications:

• Candidate is preferred to be BSEE with experience in semiconductor or electronics industry, BS degree with 2-3 yrs or MS degree with 0-1yrs.
• Excellent skill on Excel and PowerPoint
• Deadline oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
• Basic usage of linux/unix
• Basic understanding to project management.
• Self-motivated, organized thinking and good communication skills
