Shenzhen media site in SZ WDC.

1. Lead new product/design from development to production(launch).
2. Work closely with program manager(PM office), development teams, manufacturing site teams (Engineering/Quality/Labs/Planning etc) to drive new product/design delivery with good quality and in time.
3. Preparing all related resources to support customer qualification and evaluation demands in time.
4. Summarizing and reporting all sourcing inspection data for approval and shipment.
5. Lead/supporting issues of product/design related and lead further analysis on failures in our site or in customer sites.
6. Manage and fulfil program and customer requests and requirements timely.
7. Lead phase review and ensure fulfill all requirements from one phase to the next phase.
8. Close all open/follow up items as needed. Manage mature products to fulfill the customer/management/related team requirements, requests and expectations.
9. Mange engineering changes and lead the qualification in customer during production phases.
10. Lead customer failure analysis with corrective actions and preventative actions.
11. Leverage good practices and lessons learned into available products and/or sites.
12. Work closely with other counterparts and sites to look chances for getting product perform better.
13. Supporting smoothly supply, good quality and lower cost with related teams.
14. Others 

1. At least 5 years’ experience in engineering or product/program management or new product introduction.
2. Good communication skills in English and in Mandarin.
3. Good knowledge in PMP, BOM, PCN/EC, etc documentation maintenance or preparing.
4. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science.
5. Background in HGA/HDD/Media is preferred.
6. Knowledge of communication with customers is preferred.
7. Experience of data mining, 6 sigma and 8D is preferred.
8. PMP certification is preferred.
