We are a Germany headhunting company. We are looking for a Program Management Site Head for a very famous European Pharma&Biotech company (work location : Guangzhou, China). Subordinates: 12 staff

Job Responsibilities：

1 Lead and manage the local Program management team; develop/implement/empower to grow a customer focused Program management organization.

2 Drive harmonization and standardization across multiple sites and technologies; always ensure one face to customer.

3 Drive customer centricity and customer focus; ensure regular customer focused sessions, such as presentations at local townhalls and customer spotlight with customers on site.

4 Ensure the program strategies are in place and reviewed on regular basis in collaboration with other departments such as Account management, Business development, Commercial development, Operations.

5 Collaborate with the Site leadership team and local departmental heads, for project team members facing the customer and executing the contracted work; clarity of project team member roles and responsibilities.

6 Support program managers in issues resolution and prioritization through the programs execution; manage resource to meet demand and keep programs in time and on track.

7 Point of contact for escalation beyond Program Manager and project team, internally and externally.

8 Chair the local S&OP meeting and provide input in the global S&OP meeting.

9 Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor local program management organization.

10 Use various intercompany reporting to the benefit of driving best in class delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

1. At least 5 years customer interaction experience

2 Certification in project management (Issuer: PMI or similiar) and CDMO business model is preferred; familiar with antibody related product is most preferred.

3 At least over 5 years in project/program management and production facility experience

4 At least 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Medical, Food processing industry or other relevant industries.

5. Strong leadership skills and people management skills, fluent spoken and written English.
