Requirements:

Engineering or university degree

Preferred: FMEA

Four years of related automotive experience

Minimum two years of successful program management

Minimum fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

Responsible to insure that all customer requirements (cost, timing, quality and performance) are met. This includes new programs as well as running products

Performance of ongoing risk analysis leading the company's activities in the resolution of high risk points on programs and running products

Insure that all customer requests are answered within an acceptable time

Manage all programs of the dedicated customers. According to the valid IEE procedures. Take special care for:

1. program planning with all need documents within the pre and definition phase

2. Ongoing risk analysis during the management of the programs

3. Ongoing reporting and documentation of the programs

4. Keeping of related program milestones

5. Keeping of all changes and improvement on products of the dedicated customer(s). The target is to define in discussion with the products managers

System Engineers action to improve functionality and cost. Handle all changes within the discussed time frame
