The Program Manager will coordinate NPI/ Ramp up, MP sustain program plans & execution, including Direct Material Productivity (DMP) by working with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing & package, pack-out, ensuring NPI effectiveness to deliver business growth & profitability. The position will own the assigned Programs from NPI to EOD (end of life) to ensure project smoothly NPI , Ramp up and MP sustaining, who will need responsible to project kick off, milestone management, NPI, supply chain management, budget, forecast management, productivity continue improvement, CR, OTD, customer service & satisfaction.

Client interface

• Main contact window for project specific.
• Drive and guide client to make reasonable and executable decisions.
• Develop high quality relationship with the Client from project conception to sustaining production.
• Understand and meet client expectations and deliverables, work with the PM Director to clarify these as necessary.

Schedule & Reports

• Drive Project(s) to meet defined Milestones.
• Assign action items to functional teams for Data Collection, and ensure the functional team understands the ownership of providing accurate and on time data.
• Collect and Consolidate information from functional team members for client sharing on a daily base.
• Drive usage of Web Based Platforms.

Build Management & Project Phase Supervision

• Verify Build Matrix with client and communicate timely to the Functional team.
• Coordinate with global sales team for pack out new project introduction, work with package design team for package design concept review, cost estimation, sourcing, prototype sample mock up, business bidding.
• Drive project team to ensure the build/test/REL is completed as per project schedule.
• Drive Mass Production line qualification readiness to ensure smooth ramp
• Drive daily meetings internally and weekly con calls with client base on project needs.
• Set phase entry and exit criteria for each project stage for both client and internal teams. Ensure all criteria is achieved before moving to the next stage. Drive phase gate reviews internally and with client.
• Drive function team for smoothly ramp up to mass production, special for capacity plan, CTB
• Drive PMC team for regular forecast review, communicate with client correctly for any increase/decrease support.
• Drive cross function team to delivery high quality sustaining performance, good OTD, cost reduction, continue improvement from efficiency, process.

Team management

• Work with project teams to avoid and solve conflicts. Assure team recognition on achievement, and post mortem activities.
• Manage the project team’s performance; project goal setting, regular coaching and feedback.
• Use Project Management tools to ensure every member understands the Project Target thoroughly to achieve a common goal.
• Define grey areas during team work, and set up processes to fill in the gap.

On-time NPI& OTD management, Client team KPI’s (cost, quality, delivery), to satisfied Client(s) & Supply Chain Partners.

Experience:

• 3 years or above experience in OEM/ODM/printing/package manufacture, with a proven track record of career advancement and stable work history.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experienced knowledge of materials planning, capacity plan, CTB, bills of materials, ECN & E&O management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a cross-functional, matrix team environment
• Experienced in printing, package, pack-out manufactures are preferred.
