Job Description

1. Define project objectives, plan, team, budget and benefits.

2. Lead a cross-functional team, and constantly motivate and promote a positive, collaboration work environment to producee desirable results on time and on budget.

3. Build trust and rapport with the key stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Oversee project activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality.

5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

6. Manage third party partner and/or vendor relationships, if as necessary.

7. Maintain awareness of client / market technology trend, to develop and offer and effective value proposition.

8. Provide regular project update to senior leadership and client.

9. Coordinate in business development initiatives, preparing and paricipating in sales pitches.

Requirement

1. Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position in injection molding and tooling field.

2. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Excellent problem-solving skills

5. Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines preferred.

6. Overseas traveling is required
