Microsoft Security Response Center (MSRC) is part of the security defender community and on the front line of evolving security response. The MSRC Engineering team is responsible for designing and delivering end to end software solutions to drive speed, accuracy, accountability and step function improvement to the companies response processes. Responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager you will be responsible to drive vision, strategy, customer-voice, execution and above all else clarity across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams of software engineers and partner with engineering teams across Microsoft to define and deliver step function business improvements through transformative software solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience with feature product or program management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to resolve ambiguity or conflict situations to bring teams into alignment
  • Technical problem-solving and analytical skills using data analysis
  • Experience managing products or programs with multiple work streams and partners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to impact & influence key stakeholders
  • BS, MS or MBA in Technology related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:   

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
